**The shift for this position is 2nd shift, 12pm-8pm EST, with one weekend day required.**

The Lottery Operations team is seeking an Operations/NOC specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing but tight-knit team.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performing second functions including NOC monitoring, ticket escalations, tech dispatching, IM assistance for support, and overflow calls when needed.
- Work with other Lottery Ops team members to optimize and document changes for new products in Confluence when needed.
- Working with multiple teams in US and Canada
- Understanding equipment behavior and their functionality
- May need to assist in compiling call and ticket reports on a monthly basis.
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Technical focused College Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication skills will be working with the Carmanah team in Calgary.
- Experience with Excel -Will be creating monthly reports and modifying .csv files.
- Experience with ticketing system
- Willing to work 2nd shift 12-8pm with one mandatory weekend day.
