Job Description Summary

The Digital System Engineering & Requirements Leader will be responsible for program adherence to model based systems engineering (MBSE) as well as requirements flowdown and compatibility assessments.

Job Description

The Digital System Engineering & Requirements Leader will provide strategic program MBSE and requirements leadership and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with external stakeholders to define, update, and interpret technical requirements.
  • Communicate requirements to design and supporting organizations.
  • Define plans for showing compliance to technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with doing and supporting organizations to demonstrate compliance to technical requirements.
  • Assess and update tools and processes to improve team efficiency and enhance collaboration with external stakeholders
  • Identify, promote, and implement model-based engineering strategies within the program
  • Guide support teams to maintain the system model and incorporate new functionality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.  We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Due to the nature of the duties of this position, this role requires the individual to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. citizenship
  • Due to security requirements, this position must be able to work a full-time in the office schedule

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
