Fall Accounting Intern – ERP System Conversion Support
Internship Duration: Fall Semester (August – December)

 
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college intern to support our Accounting and Finance team during a major software conversion project—from ComputerEase to Sage Intacct. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a real-world ERP system implementation, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties & Responsibilities: All duties and responsibilities are essential functions of the position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

• Assist in data validation and cleanup during the software conversion process
• Support the transfer and reconciliation of financial and project data
• Use Excel to analyze and organize complex datasets
• Perform detailed comparisons to ensure accuracy and completeness of transferred data
• Document processes, findings, and any issues that arise during the conversion
• Provide general support to the Accounting and Finance team as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Interest in accounting systems or enterprise software is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
