You will partner closely with members of the marketing organization and other cross-functional teams to apply best practices for website architecture and optimizations across codility.com with a focus on conversions, brand design and UX. </p> <p>To be successful in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of the <strong>Wordpress platform</strong>, proficiency in <strong>HTML, CSS</strong>,<strong> PHP </strong>and <strong>JavaScript</strong> as well hands-on experience leading the build of customer-centric websites with <strong>SaaS organisations</strong>.</p> <p><strong>LOCATION</strong> - 100% Remote - <em>B2B contract possible in Poland</em></p> <p><strong>What you will do.</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Marketers, SEO and design team members to translate Figma wireframes into fully functional and visually appealing web properties, including graphic elements, navigation, and page layouts.</li> <li>Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create intuitive UX experiences that align with business objectives.</li> <li>Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs to support the functionality of web applications. Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems for optimal performance.</li> <li>Introduce best practices and tests for optimizing website speed and performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth interactions.</li> <li>Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing web applications and architecture to maintain website stability and reliability.</li> <li>Provide system expertise and support related to Wordpress platform, plugins, architecture and conversion optimizations. Includes providing training in support of user adoption, internal processes, best practices, and troubleshooting as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We would love if you have.</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of relevant web development experience with WordPress platform or similar</li> <li>5+ years experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript programming skills</li> <li>Expert in front end development tool sets and disciplines: JQuery, CSS preprocessors (Sass), responsive web design, web accessibility (WCAG and WAI-ARIA compliance)  </li> <li>Experience with working with Wordpress backend, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), MySQL, LAMP environment</li> <li>Familiarity with LAMP stack hosting solutions (WPEngine, AWS)</li> <li>Functional knowledge of Web Services, including RESTful API,  XML, and JSON</li> <li>Experience gathering and interpreting insights from AB testing and through platforms such as Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), Google Analytics, and MS Clarity</li> <li>Experience leveraging tools such as Unbounce, Google Tag Manager, and Marketo </li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong understanding for responsive design, and a focus on UX</li> <li>A fast-learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of output</li> </ul> <p><strong>How we behave.</strong></p> <p>We're human.
