Chapman University is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. Salary offers are determined based on the final candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors. Plays live music as accompanist for the Department of Theatre’s Musical Theatre class.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform moderate to complex musical pieces using appropriate instruments and equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Knowledge of the theory and techniques required to perform works of music and dance.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and faculty.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to work independently and evaluate data, assess alternatives, and formulate logical and sound decisions.
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy.
