Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support PMA-213 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, including the Joint Precision Approach Landing System (JPALS), SPN-41B Radar Systems, AN/FPN-68A Precision Approach Radar (PAR), and FRN-49 Landing Systems.
This role requires a highly experienced analyst with a strong background in Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition, international programs, and complex system integration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in program analysis, lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination to support the successful execution of FMS cases. This position operates in a dynamic environment requiring both technical acumen and strategic program insight to support advanced aviation and maritime systems across allied platforms.

Responsibilities
Support could be in any combination of (but not limited to) the following general areas:
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program and project objectives
- Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules; perform management, technical, and business case analyses
- Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapons systems, and acquisition programs
- Track program status, milestones, risks, and schedules, and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Apply government processes for documentation, configuration management, and data management
- Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Technical Coordination Meetings (TCMs), and other key program events (CONUS/OCONUS as required)
- Analyze engineering changes and provide recommendations based on production deficiencies and operational performance data
- Support the review and coordination of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for system upgrades and modifications
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, reports, and training materials
- Support maintenance planning efforts, including documentation, equipment, and in-country support requirements for FMS cases
- Conduct analysis of system performance, operational readiness, and integration planning
- Support design reviews, testing, certification activities, and system fielding efforts
- Coordinate across program stakeholders including government, OEMs, and international partners
- Identify program risks and support mitigation planning
- Other duties as assigned
- Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance
- Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college and at least ten (10) years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college and at least fourteen (14) years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience must be in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), logistics, program management, acquisition, lifecycle management, or related analytical disciplines
- Demonstrated experience working with technical data packages (TDPs) in support of system development, integration, or sustainment activities
- Experience supporting maintenance engineering, including reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle sustainment planning
- Proven experience in program management or program analysis within complex technical or acquisition environments
- Direct experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs across the progr
