Join us as a Digital Customer Success Manager, where you’ll be the driving force behind our client relationships—managing advertising campaigns across Search, Display, Social, and our proprietary digital media. You’ll be the trusted partner to ensure our clients’ marketing goals aren’t just met—they’re exceeded.
• What You’ll Do:
• Be the Client’s Go-To Partner:
Serve as the primary post-sales contact, addressing client needs and ensuring campaign success through performance insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead with Marketing Expertise:
Leverage your knowledge of digital marketing—both established and emerging—to collaborate with Sales and Campaign Optimization teams, identifying opportunities that boost ROI.
• Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment:
Navigate the evolving digital landscape with agility, working cross-functionally to keep strategies aligned with client goals and market trends.

• What You Bring:
• 1+ years of experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns
• Client-facing experience (preferred)
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000and $60,000.  Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
