Clinical Applications Trainer/Specialist

1. Coordinate training and support for clinical systems

• Develop and deliver training programs for clinical applications and EMR systems
• Provide onboarding and ongoing education for staff and providers
• Customize training materials and workflows based on department needs

 2. Serve as liaison between clinical staff and IT

• Communicate system issues, enhancements, and workflow needs
• Corridinate with vendors and IT team to resolve issues
• Provide first-line support for clinical application issues

3. Support system maintenance and optimization

• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementations
• Maintain and update templates, workflow, and configurations
• Ensure System align with clinical regulatory requirements

4. Provide troubleshooting and user support

• Troubleshoot EMR and clinical system issues
• Assist users with login, access, and workflow- related problems
• Escalate complex issues to IT support teams as needed

5. Maintain Knowledge and compliance

• Stay current on healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and system updates
• Support compliance with HIPAA and date security reequipments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

6. Analyze workflows and improve processes

• Evaluate system usage and identify inefficiencies
• Recommend and implement workflow improvements
• Support data-driven decision making

7. Preform other duties as assigned
