EHS Intern (Part-time - 20 hours per week)

- You will be responsible for supporting the development and administration of EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Maintain EHS data and build routine reports.
- Ensure records for Incidents, Non-Conformities, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) are appropriately managed and closed.
- Perform root cause analysis on safety related incidents.
- Complete EHS related inspections.
- Conduct EHS risk assessments.
- Develop and deliver EHS training.
- Support EHS projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Or Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences/Engineering, Risk Management, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Training or experience with OSHA/EPA standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
