Summary
RANDYS Worldwide, a leading manufacturing and distribution business in the automotive aftermarket, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Suspension Sales Leader to oversee and grow sales across our portfolio of premium suspension brands, including ICON Vehicle Dynamics, Carli Suspension, Cognito Motorsports, and Van Compass.
This role is responsible for overseeing suspension sales strategy across multiple brands, channels, and customer segments, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep aftermarket or performance experience, and the ability to balance brand-specific strategies with enterprise-wide sales objectives. This leader will work closely with marketing, product, operations, and executive leadership to ensure each suspension brand is positioned for sustainable growth while maintaining its unique identity in the market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing, data-driven sales organization focused on suspension products and systems across all assigned brands
- Own and execute the overall suspension sales strategy, ensuring alignment with RANDYS Worldwide’s enterprise goals and brand-specific objectives
- Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets across ICON Vehicle Dynamics, Carli Suspension, Cognito Motorsports, and Van Compass
- Establish clear sales targets and KPIs by brand, channel, and customer segment, with an emphasis on new customer acquisition, product adoption, and existing customer growth
- Drive expansion of suspension brands and product lines across key wholesale, dealer, installers, and direct-to-consumer channels where applicable
- Support and guide the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities through the pipeline
- Develop and refine structured lead management and go-to-market processes tailored to the unique positioning of each suspension brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and influencers within the suspension and performance market
- Participate directly in key negotiations, major deals, and strategic accounts; maintain a personal pipeline of high-impact opportunities
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate sales performance by brand, product category, and channel, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement and accountability
- Implement and manage KPIs to monitor team effectiveness and drive results through behavior-based sales leadership
- Partner with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging, product launches, promotions, and demand-generation efforts
- Ensure the sales team maintains deep product knowledge and can effectively communicate technical features, benefits, and brand differentiation
- Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to provide field insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence
- Support integration efforts for acquired suspension brands, including cross-selling initiatives and shared sales processes where appropriate
- Leverage tools to manage customer relationships, track opportunities, and ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
- Analyze market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities and potential risks
- Travel as needed to support customers, attend industry events, and engage with internal teams
Requirements
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of senior-level sales leadership experience (Senior Manager level or above), preferably within the automotive aftermarket, suspension, or performance segments
- Proven experience leading multi-brand or multi-channel sales organizations
- Demonstrated success managing and developing teams of 10+ sales, customer service, or technical professionals, including leadership-level roles
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, data analytics, and the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
