Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Work with ServiceNow team members and vendors to plan and execute learning & development events/activities

Draft and finalize communications in support of learning and development activities and events

Maintain systems, tools that enable our team

Gather and analyze learning data to inform learning program success and support team operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a full time student at an accredited university pursuing a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, or related field
- graduating from an accredited university in or after December 2023
Experienced and comfortable with managing multiple tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision
Strong writing skills including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to prioritize set goals and finish deliverables on time
Experience collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data
Highly detail oriented and eager to learn new tools and technology
Curious, self-driven, analytical mindset who is excited to play with data
Fast learner with ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment collaborating with business stakeholders across the world
