Technical Project Manager

Fuel50 is growing, and we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Client Success team. As an experienced Technical Project Manager you will be involved with analysis and planning, solution design, a lot of internal collaboration as well as stakeholder management. You'll play a key part in connecting our client’s needs with our technical capability.

Other elements of the role include:

Technical Project Management

• Managing the Technical Path of SSO and API integration with clients
• Participating in and contributing to regular Project Status calls with clients
• Reporting on progress to our clients and internal stakeholders, and identifying risk areas for projects
• Maintaining dashboards of projects showing project progress
• Working closely with Fuel50 developers and the client’s technical team to facilitate UAT testing, and go-live plans
• Using tools such as Wrike, JIRA Agile and Spreadsheets to track project progress
• Making best efforts to ensure project deadlines are met and can facilitate project-rescue for any projects which are at risk

Requirements

You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be personable as well as capable of working independently and really focused on delivering results. You will be supremely well organized, highly self-motivated and driven. You will be able to represent our brand and proposition to the global market with a high calibre personal presence and have a consistent track record with a variety of client projects.

You’ll also have:

• At least 5 years project management experience, ideally within a SaaS business
• Illustrated history of working with system integrations (API and flat file)
• Prior experience in technical requirements scoping and business analysis
• Prior experience working in a client facing role
• A high level of social perceptiveness and customer service
• A self-driven, motivated and results oriented attitude to your work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with HR Technology (this one is a bonus!)
