Shifts:  Monday - Friday, 6:00Am to 2:00pm, with 3 paid breaks

 

Pay: Weekly pay plus $1/HR night shift differential

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter daily completions.
• Post-performance information as needed.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of SAP transactions including ZCON, ZORD, ZSCRIPT, LX02 et
• Maintain staffing related paperwork.
• Perform Quality related duties to include, but not limited to: product disposition and line audits,
• Enforce all GMP requirements.
• Train IPs and evaluate/monitor/document IP training.
• Daily scheduling and contingent staffing of IPs
• Assist in the preparation and perform various audits to include safety, 5S, JSA, dock door, forklift etc
• Perform start of shift diamond meetings
• Maintain NCR Bin Locations to include ensuring repack standard work is adhered to, advising TL of corrugated stock needs and ensuring the area is clean and free of clutter.
• Perform cycle counts as directed.
• Support WM activities
• Understand and teach lean work concepts
• Identify unsafe acts or conditions and correct/report.
• Other duties as necessary

• Demonstrates ability to be a self-starter and work independently to complete assignments/responsibilities.
• Demonstrates ability to prepare, monitor and disseminate schedules & reports.
• Demonstrates ability to accurately post data from one source to another in ERP or peripheral software systems.

• Ability to develop and maintain processes that are ISO compliant.
• Demonstrates attention to detail focusing on accuracy and timeliness of data and transactions.
• Ability to understand and teach quality variables and attribute defects.
• Ability to understand and utilize fundamental gauge validation and calibration.

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years manufacturing experience
• Basic computer knowledge
