Job Description

• Contact with managers and employees of specified departments in data protection and information security (ISP) issues
• Participation in the implementation of data protection and information security requirements and the compliance with requirements
• Planning, follow-up and monitoring data protection-related tasks
• Planning, implementing and follow-u of ISP selfchecks in the designated departments
• Cooperation in issues involving ISP with C/DSO-HU, as well as the local ISP organization
• Creating reports for the target and disciplinar manager
• Supporting function in complex processes or responsible coordination and realization of simple - or standardized processes 
• Focused onto optimizing of own task area
• Planning, execution and result checking of realization
• Consultation with others in regard of main functions
• Decisions to be made sometimes beyond own task area
• Cooperates with other functional areas to adjust the single activities optimally
• Solution finding mostly within actual standards
• Regularly enhancement of these standards
• Guides others within own task area
• Further tasks, defined by the employer

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the field of data protection
• University degree in Law
• At least intermediate English language skills (both written and spoken)
• DPO certificate or any other privacy related certificate is an advantage
