Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce FSC/ Contact center as a Service Architect to lead a critical migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role demands a blend of deep Salesforce expertise and contact center integration experience, aimed at executing a seamless CRM transformation for a high-profile enterprise client in the financial services sector.

Requirements

• Lead the architectural design and strategic implementation for migrating from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce FSC.
• Design and manage the integration between Salesforce and various Contact Center platforms.
• Develop frameworks for data migration and mapping strategies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Create detailed technical specifications and solution designs for complex system integrations.
• Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks to maintain data quality and system performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, particularly in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in migrating CRM systems from MS Dynamics to Salesforce.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration with CCaaS platforms.
• Robust experience in enterprise architecture within the financial services industry.
• Deep knowledge of API integration patterns, data migration tools, and ETL processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Five9 or similar CCaaS platforms.
• Salesforce Technical Architect certification.
• Familiarity with financial services compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Background in agile project delivery methodologies and middleware integration platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce FSC, Microsoft Dynamics, and relevant CCaaS platforms.
• Expertise in API integrations, data migration tools, and ETL processes.
