So what are we looking for?

As product manager parking you'll be part of a cross-functional agile product team that sits at the heart of our new product. This team focuses on enabling our partners to grow sustainably by providing responsible, seamless and sticky payment options to their customers.

 

Your responsibilities as Product Manager

• You define what our parking solutions look like when it comes to new product features and shape the product strategy.
• You are the driver of the complete value creation process from ideation, consumer/merchant insights gathering to feature development and run.
• You are responsible for developing our parking product to support seamless parking experiences for our customers and partners incl. free-flow parking via automated number plate recognition (ANPR), control sanctions.
• You work closely with our consumer product teams to provide a human-centric experience and guarantee transparent processes and parking specific communication to our merchants and consumers.
• You reduce costs for parking operations, simplify onboarding and standardize the product across countries and partners.
• You analyze similarities and synergies with our other payment products such as consolidated invoice and identify parking specific needs.

 

What will you need?

• 5+ years experience as a B2B Product Manager, preferably within the parking economy
• General understanding of the parking industry and relevant players
• Understanding of the parking landscape how platforms and solution providers interact
• Excellent degree of communication skills, being able to effectively communicate both the strategic vision and specific details to various stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual product team members. Being able to write clear and concise product requirements, status updates, and product results
• Ability to identify and analyse issues, problems or opportunities to achieve desired outcomes, to apply structured thinking and to break down issues to form a logical train of thought that can be followed and understood by others
• Excellent degree of analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems and recommend effective action plans to resolve issues
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to achieve mutually agreeable solutions by staying adaptable
• Creativity and curiosity, a creative problem solver with a deep curiosity about our customers, business and product
• Ability to react quickly to new insights always driven by delivering the best possible functionality to our clients and customers
• Due to our international set up, you get to travel to many different locations in order to meet your colleagues spread out across Europe. You drive the product forward by trying out new technologies & techniques and celebrate lessons learned.
