The Staff Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the program office. This position performs a variety of clerical duties with a focus on supporting the HR department, including inputting new hires, coordinating new hire paperwork, and scheduling new hire labs, physicals, and orientations. This position, also, completes or supports the delivery of special projects, as required.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Perform data entry.
• Initiate, assemble, and maintain records.
• Assist manager with scheduling.
• Prepare outgoing mail, answer phones, and greet guests.
• Establish and maintain filing systems.
• Prepare, distribute, and handle required documentation and correspondence.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties.

Qualifications

Required High School Diploma/GED

2 years Business Office Required
