This exciting role based out of Menstrie Technical Centre is within the newly formed European Spirits Category, Innovation & Brand Change team which delivers projects across a diverse brand portfolio for Diageo Innovation and Global Brand Teams. European Spirits Category, Innovation & Brand Change is set up to deliver Innovation, Renovation, Limited time offerings & VAP across a range of iconic brands including Smirnoff, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Gordons and Ciroc.
As a Project Manager in European Spirits Category Brand Change, you’ll efficiently deliver Brand Change projects by leading cross-functional teams to meet customer briefs in terms of quality, cost and time.
Support the Brand Change Team Leader in delivering the project pipeline and working to support our key stakeholders (inside and outside of wider Brand Change teams).
Ensure the application of required project planning, budgeting, tracking, reporting and stakeholder communications processes to demonstrate required rigour of project management.
This role will give the successful candidate great exposure to many of the functions within Diageo, including Marketing, Innovation, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Data and Supply Chain. A fantastic platform where you can demonstrate your leadership and technical skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience required
Institute of Packaging Diploma or equivalent, or a willingness to undertake training.
Strong project management skills with sound knowledge of a wide range of packaging materials and processes including, liquid development, commercialisation, design and development of packaging and materials.
As well as material manufacturing, handling, transportation and transit robustness.
An ability to implement risk management practices and techniques and develop sound understanding of Navigate process.
Excellent organisation, report preparation, and presentation skills.
