Clinical Operations Support Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Operations Support Coordinator serves as a key administrative liaison between PMS clinical operations and external partners, while also supporting the Executive Clinical Team’s objectives and strategic projects.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a clinical training program such as Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician or related clinical certification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a clinical setting, preferably in roles such as Lead Certified Medical Assistant, Lead Pharmacy Technician, clinical coordinator, or similar positions involving workflow oversight or operational support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and experience using electronic health records or health information systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
