ARSIEM is looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer. This position will support one of our government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.
 
 

Responsibilities

• Experienced with Windows & Linux systems at the command line, particularly installing OSs, mounting images, package installs, and IP networking.
• Experience with VMs using ESXi, Nutanix; additional networking skills such as configuring ports, Cisco switches, NTP and/or chronyc.
• Ensure systems are compliant with Secure the Enterprise (STE)/Secure the Network (STN) requirements; familiarity with Xacta, LatteArt, SEAR.
• Maintain multiple SSPs and other documentation for compliance, coordinating with ISSOs and Information System owners as needed.
• Evaluate configuration of networking equipment; update hardware and software as needed; perform vulnerability scans, install patches.
• Provision accounts and containers to information systems; perform data transfers.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, a master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, an associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or system administration.

• Risk Management Framework

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role?
