The Global OKAM is a strategic role responsible for managing key client relationships on a global scale. This position focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating logistics solutions across different regions.
Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key global clients, fostering strong and long-term relationships.

Understand client needs and develop tailored logistics solutions to meet their requirements.

Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients to drive revenue growth and market share.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Coordinate with internal teams across different regions to ensure seamless service delivery to global clients.

Liaise with operations, sales, and customer service teams to address client needs effectively.

Monitor and analyze account performance, revenue trends, and service metrics.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Lead contract negotiations with global clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Assess and manage risks associated with global client relationships and business operations.

Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.

Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Educational background / Work experience

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management or business development roles within the transportation and logistics industry, with a focus on global accounts.
