Summary: Join Fanatics Collectibles as a Senior Program Lead (SPL), based in Dallas, and take the helm of a key leadership team driving the future of sports collectibles. Operating within our sports-vertical structure, you'll report directly to the vertical director while managing a dynamic team that includes a Program Leader, Associate Program Leader, and Licensing Coordinator. In this pivotal position, you'll play an instrumental role in shaping both team success and the future of sports collectibles.

What you will be doing…

• End-to-end ownership: Own the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio that encompasses over 75 programs annually. Drive process optimization, streamline workflows, and implement operational improvements. With special focus for high value and often complex deliverables.
• Vendor Management: Act as primary liaison between Fanatics Collectibles and vendor/partners. Schedule regular check-ins. Hold all parties accountable for staying on task and on time. 
• Auditing Processes: Own the audit process for high level fulfillment. Including but not limited to occasionally visiting vendors. Reviewing processes at every level for each team and making sure all deliverables are on time and compliant with established SOPs. 
• Delivery roadmap: Develop, align, and distribute a comprehensive timeline of milestones across the complete lifecycle of each product internally and with external partners.
• Performance management: Track and manage the status of all products in the current portfolio, ensuring that transitions between departments and vendors happen efficiently. 
• Problem-solving: Proactively identify upcoming bottlenecks, shifting priorities and convene stakeholders to problem-solve and resolve them. Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve escalations and complex issues. 
• Escalation: Prepare materials for escalation to senior leadership when needed.

What you will bring…

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 8-12 years experience in working in or managing a cross-functional team across a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Project Management software
  • PMP Certification a plus
• Ability to establish and maintain a strong leadership presence with the ability to influence overlapping stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, particularly in the ability to multi-task and prioritize across a complex portfolio.
• Data proficiency, adept at interpreting data from multiple touch points. Identifying warning signs and predict long-term trends that could affect future deliverables.
• Strategic Judgement – it is essential to balance competing demands, effectively allocate resources, and escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership.
• Business judgment in balance competing demands and prioritizing requests for resources and escalation.
• Cool under pressure in dealing with unanticipated changes, last-minute shifts, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Relentless focus on delivery and “run through walls” attitude on execution!
