Responsibilities
The Supervisor of Home Health Clinical Services is responsible for supervision and coordination of the daily operations of nursing and rehab staff. In collaboration with the manager, oversees operations including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients to ensure that patients and families receive an optimum level of care and service. Accountable for providing expertise, leadership, effective communication, staff development and budget support.
Qualifications
Education
•Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Nursing Experience• 3 years of clinical experience in the area of an active clinical license required• Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting is required Licenses and Certifications• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association (AHA) required One of the following is required: • PT - State of California Physical Therapist License • OT - State of California Occupational Therapist License • SLP - State of California Speech Language Pathologist License • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
