JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Property Transitions Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include coordinating and assisting in the transition of new properties into Company by administering the Salesforce transition workflow, assisting and communicating with the properties through takeover and launch of all management platforms, setup and closing of national accounts for transitioning properties, and assisting with the transitioning out process of properties no longer managed by the Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering potential new business information from the client services team and/or operational team members through communication and Salesforce process.  

  • Responsible for setting up transitioning property in Salesforce PTP system and all other associated workflow actions. Coordinates and schedules transitions for thorough and timely completion. 

  • Manages the setup or closure process regarding national accounts for transitioning property.

  • Communicates proactively with stakeholders to ensure efficient gathering of transition information, set-up forms, etc., and fields questions and concerns from operations leadership and corporate department heads.

  • Foster and maintain relationships with other regional Property Transitions Coordinators and Property Transition Managers, holding ongoing group and individual calls. Interacting with various departments to ensure smooth transitions and critical dependencies are actively understood and managed.

  • Provides status updates to the Property Transitions Manager on a regular basis and as requested. Reports on the success of the process, participates in the ongoing process improvements through review and feedback, and maintains relationships with their regions associates and properties. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Yardi or One Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.

  • Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred.

  • 2-5 years on-site experience in the multi-family real estate industry required, previous experience as community or assistant manager within the multi-family industry preferred.

The annual range for this position is $82,000.00 - $88,000.00.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
