As a Branch Operations Manager (PSM), you're not just overseeing a location—you’re driving performance, optimizing efficiency, and leading a high-impact team that keeps industries moving. This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to managing both people and processes. 🏗️🔧

You’ll oversee branch operations, streamline workflows, & develop high-performing teams that are aligned with our commitment to excellence. As a key decision-maker, you will drive profitability, optimize service delivery, & ensure that every aspect of our business runs like a well-oiled machine.🛢️🏭

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Branch Growth  💼🚀  ✅ Oversee Branch Performance – Lead all branch functions, including service, parts, rental, and sales support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
✅ Optimize Workflow & Efficiency – Streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service delivery to maximize branch performance.
✅ Financial & Budget Oversight – Manage P&L, monitor expenses, oversee pricing, and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards.
✅ Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Service, and Corporate teams to align strategies, resolve challenges, and enhance overall business performance.

Team Leadership & Development  🛠📚✅ Build & Mentor High-Performing Teams – Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of technicians, support specialists, and branch personnel.
✅ Set Goals & Foster Accountability – Establish clear objectives, track team performance, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.
✅ Lead Training & Development – Provide hands-on mentorship, technical guidance, and structured learning opportunities to empower employee growth.

Customer & Business Impact 📊🗃️  ✅ Customer Engagement & Relationship Building – Act as the face of WMH, working directly with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and drive retention.
✅ Strategic Sales & Market Expansion – Develop and implement plans to increase market share, enhance customer relationships, and boost revenue.
✅ Vendor & Supplier Coordination – Build partnerships with vendors, manage procurement processes, and oversee invoicing and purchase orders.
Safety, Compliance & Operations Excellence⚡🛑 
✅ Ensure Safety & Regulatory Compliance – Uphold OSHA standards, implement best practices, and maintain a safe work environment.
✅ Facility & Fleet Management – Oversee maintenance, repairs, and optimization of branch facilities, equipment, and fleet.
