The Opportunity:  

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client missions. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, PowerBI, and IT ticket tracking systems and regular interactions with subject matter experts, clients, and other project managers.

You Have: 

• 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

• Experience with briefing executives

• Experience with collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups

• Ability to understand technical out of the box solutions to customize reports and dashboards for executive clients

• Ability to facilitate technical discussions to gather information on recent IT system issues

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or Science

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with the implementation of electronic health record systems

• Possession of excellent organizational skills

• Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
