Maintenance Rebuilder

In a timely and professional manner rebuild components using precision maintenance techniques meeting or exceeding OEM standards.  Performs routine and corrective maintenance utilizing Proactive Maintenance practices including line or emergency calls focusing on delivering Safety, Quality and Uptime. Safeguard both employees and customers by maintaining the highest level of safety and sanitation

•    Safety: Perform LOTO and complete all safety program requirements including Hazard ID and P2P, and forklift license. Operational knowledge and competency with hand        tools, shop tools and equipment.
•    Maintain: Performs routine and corrective maintenance utilizing Proactive Maintenance practices including line or emergency calls focusing on delivering Safety, Quality           and Uptime. 
•    Rebuild: complete equipment rebuilds using precision maintenance techniques meeting or exceeding OEM standards. Focus on reliability by improving techniques,                   components and installation standards including recordkeeping of these activities.
•    Documentation: Support and perform accurate documentation for CMMS, BOM, LOTO, PM and Work Orders, managing living documentation with relevant information             including feedback.
•    Organize: maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area including floors, walls, carts and equipment in the maintenance shop and areas.
•    Support: Provide storeroom coverage for breaks, assist with complex shipment unloading when needed. Provide lubrication route coverage and Vibration route coverage         to ensure PM schedule is maintained, including proficiency activities. Provide shift coverage for PTO within the maintenance department.

Post Secondary Technical Degree or equivalent experience
0-2 Years of relevant experience
Vibration Analyst Category 1, Airborne Ultrasound, Ultrasonic Lubrication, Precision 101 and 102 course and other competency training opportunities
