Job Description

Step into a pivotal role as a Legal Intake Specialist where you’ll be the voice of an innovative law firm during evening hours. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients during evening hours, handling inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  
• Guide prospective clients through their initial consultation process, using both Spanish and English language skills
  
• Leverage advanced intake software and AI tools to ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions
  
• Pre-qualify leads and conduct preliminary case assessments using structured protocols
  
• Document client information and case details with meticulous attention to detail
  
• Coordinate seamlessly with daytime staff to ensure smooth case hand-offs
  
• Manage follow-up communications and appointment scheduling
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of intake processes
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of legal intake experience, preferably in criminal defense
  
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  
• Demonstrated experience with legal CRM or intake management systems
  
• Strong emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently during evening hours
  
• Proficiency with modern technology and willingness to learn new systems
  
• Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards
