What you’ll do:  

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will serve as a bridge between the HR department and the business. In this position, you will support an area of the Tobii Dynavox organization. Your primary objective will be to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and focus, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization. 

You will also:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop strategies and organizational design that support the overall business objectives and long-term goals of the organization.
  • Change Management: Managing and influencing organizational change by helping leaders drive change and employees understand and adapt to changes in the business environment. This may involve communicating changes, addressing concerns, and providing support during transitions. 
  • Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company culture. This may include organizing employee events, promoting open communication, and implementing recognition programs.
  • Training and Development: With the assistance of the Head of Talent and Organization, identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement tailored onboarding, management, and training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. You will also facilitate team development activities in a variety of ways. 
  • Talent and Performance Management: Collaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition to help in identifying and implementing tailored strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development. This involves working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participating in the recruitment process. As well as developing and implementing performance development to support employee and team growth.
  • Employee Relations: Subject Matter Expert in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance, EEO compliance, and mitigating risks for the organization. A proactive approach to handling grievances, and disciplinary matters, and fostering a positive work environment. Advising and training management on HR-related legal issues and best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborating with the HR Analyst to use HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within the organization. Providing data-informed insights to support decision-making and improve overall organizational performance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Collaborating with the Head of Compensation and Benefits to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards and meet the needs of employees, while also supporting the organization in building a sustainable business.

We are looking for someone who has:

An effective HR Business Partner should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking abilities, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably handling ER Cases and supporting teams through organizational change
  • Strong Business Acumen 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust with various stakeholders
  • Strong change management skills
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and balanced decision-maker 
  • Ability to contribute to, and build, sustainable and efficient ways of working 
  • Ability to travel to Stockholm up to 4 times a year 
  • Ability to sit for prolonged peri
