This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Are you looking for your first corporate experience to be in one of the most impactful tech companies in the world? Then HPE's Cyber Security & Digital Risk Management (CDRM) team is the right place for you. HPE CDRM Organization is looking to recruit graduates to join our Professional Rotation Experience Program (PREP) commencing in 2025.

The PREP program is a full-time rotational program that is focused on building the pipeline of next generation leaders. We recruit top graduates directly from universities into a two-year program made up of four rotations, giving our graduates broad experience in a variety of organizational areas.

About the program
Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong leadership potential and strategic thinking capability. Graduates will choose challenging projects with exposure to teams like Security Operations and Engineering, Data Science, Cyber Defence and Risk and Compliance functions. CDRM look for people who can bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives into our organization.

Whether through a rotational program or specific cybersecurity work, our early career teams receive a broad, practical foundation through hands-on project work, exposure to a variety of experiences, and innovative education & development.  Our tailored training program gives our early career teams valuable experience, knowledge and professional development that can’t be beat.
