Events and Project Manager

AT A GLANCE

The RVO Health People Experience Team seeks to expand by bringing an Events and Project Manager on board! We are looking to hire someone to help us accomplish many short-term and long-term goals, and, as a result, drive impact on RVO Health’s culture and employee experience. 

The RVO Health portfolio helps nearly 100 million people a month seek health information, find doctors, save money, and effectively manage their health and well-being. This role will support our People Experience and Internal Brand teams with a variety of culture and community building projects and events at RVO Health.

What You’ll Do

• Project managing and executing company-wide culture events–virtual, hybrid, and in-person–for the People Experience and Internal Brand teams (e.g. May Mental Health Month, RVOH Special Events, Holiday Events, etc.) 
• Project managing and executing leadership retreats 
• Coordinating with external vendors for any company-wide events or campaigns. 
• Researching and recommending event pricing, event space, catering, transportation, and all company events and leadership retreats. 
• Partnering with the internal brand and people experience leaders to develop a remote events strategy. Own execution of remote event strategy, including coordination with other offices, zoom meetings, etc. 
• Coordinating logistics for employee swag 
• Project managing major Human Capital events like mid-year and annual reviews 
• Project managing the intranet roll-out 
• Responsible for managing other internal brand or people experience projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in project management and events logistics 
• Expert organizational skills
• Strong Track record of planning, coordinating, and executing company events
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and follow through
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and make things happen.
• Passion for our mission.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $55,000-$90,000
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
