PetIQ is looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead for $17 per hour. The hours are Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:30pm. As a Warehouse Lead, you will provide support to your warehouse team. You will ensure that your team is ready to go with supplies and instructions so that they can successfully complete their daily tasks. This includes troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The Lead pays close attention to detail, to ensure that our customers are getting what they ordered, accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
- Oversees and directs a team on a scheduled shift
- Communicate effectively with management and employees to meet customers’ needs or demands
- Assist in the training of new employees. Ensures safety and quality policies and procedures are followed
- Ensures production meets the organization's targeted goals
- Monitors productivity, machinery and the employees' work to suggest improvements in processes
- Update and maintains production reports for tracking, and keeps production and operations manager aware of the production area's performance, as needed/or required
- Assist the Supervisor/Manager with employee adherence to company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a lead in a warehouse setting, preferably shipping and/or receiving
- The ability to stand an entire work shift
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience coaching and leading a team in a warehouse setting
- High School Diploma or GED
