As a global leader in the energy sector, we're seeking a talented Network & Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing technical transformation projects that contribute to our innovative and sustainable future.   We Want You - Lead and coordinate telecom, network, and cybersecurity projects from planning to completion - Implement agile methodologies, including Kanban, to manage project workflows and priorities - Oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth integration of new systems - Collaborate closely with global IT teams and stakeholders to drive project success - Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project performance and key metrics - Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and threats   Who Are You - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - 5-8 years of experience managing telecom, network, and cybersecurity projects in an agile environment - Certification in Agile, Prince2, or equivalent project management methodology - Strong knowledge of WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and WIFI technologies - Expertise in network security, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems - Excellent communication skills in both French and English - Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a diverse team   Job Based In Bucharest, Romania   What We Offer - A dynamic international work environment with opportunities for professional growth - Continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package - Chance to contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of energy - Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance - Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in networking and cybersecurity - Collaborative team culture that values diverse perspectives
