About the Senior Associate, Program Management Role:
Material is looking for an Senior Associate – Program Management to join our team. This person will be supporting marketing campaigns from input to execution and reporting for recognized brands across industries. Campaign work includes but isn’t limited to production, broadcast and streaming, paid and organic social, influencer programs, CRM, and programmatic display. This role requires resourcefulness, critical thinking, organization, and initiative. Diverse backgrounds and experiences with transferable skills will be considered.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and manage multiple project workflows throughout the entire lifecycle of a project-from kickoff-to delivery of quality work on time and on budget
- Interpret client briefs and establish project requirements, roles and responsibilities, priorities & deadlines to be aligned on both internally and with clients
- Collaborating on detailed project plans to create the appropriate staffing plan and budget and proactively escalate issues that may impact timeline, process and account financials.
- Prepare and communicate detailed creative briefs and project plans inclusive of milestones, workstreams & activities and manage delivery of the project according to this plan
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to project team and key stakeholders
- Keep the internal creative team on track using exceptional communication skills, scheduling internal meetings as well as external presentations, and create clear process documentation
- Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
- Responsible for keeping all projects up to date in Material’s internal project management tools to ensure project profitability and efficiency, on an ongoing basis
Experience:
- 2+ years' experience with project management, ideally within the marketing and creative development space but not required
- Experience working with cross functional teams inclusive of creative, operations, media, video teams, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google Products
