Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst

The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for quality deliverables of Customer Engagement Solutions (CES) client projects. This position interacts with client engagement teams and other deliverable stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to meet our clients’ business needs. The Senior QA Analyst is heavily focused on proof-reading testing and applies proven analytical and problem-solving skills to create clear and accurate QC test cases. Testing and test case creation is largely based on comparing Legally Reviewed (MLR) documentation where detailed accuracy is critical and effective proof reading is approximately 75% of focus. The position is also responsible for managing the testing/QC tasks and tester capacity for over 30 clients with multiple projects running concurrently.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the CES team and stakeholders to review user stories/requirements/client documentation to ensure understanding and testability
- Ability to read word-processed and printed documents against a mark-up and legally approved submissions for accuracy of typos, sense, grammar and formatting
- Proofread content for spelling, style and grammar as well as fact check for accuracy
- Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities
- Analyze MLR approved documents, requirements, and acceptance criteria to determine test scenarios
- Design, document, and maintain test cases and other applicable test artifacts used in manual test case execution
- Lead and coordinate overall testing activities for multiple client projects
- Conduct testing kick-off meetings to confirm roles, timelines, and the testing process for the project
- Organize regular update meetings to monitor defect resolution and project progress
- Report status, concerns, and risks for client deliverables including applications, reports, and data files
- Assist with test execution and user acceptance testing
- Adhere to project milestones as defined by the project teams
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
Other Required:
- 5+ years of experience in QC manual testing, test planning, leading, and implementing the QC process
- You must have a strong capability for syntax, typos, and grammar
- Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects and resource capacity
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Preferred:
- Experience as a proof-reader
- Experience with application life cycle and manual testing tools such as Azure DevOps
- General knowledge of computer systems, software, web browsers and web-based applications
- Experience testing with mobile devices (specifically iPads) is a plus
- Understanding of software quality terminology and its application
