Horizon Health Network is currently hiring for Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants who deliver professional and excellent patient care in the home. The OTA assists in providing appropriate aspects of quality care under the supervision of a Occupational Therapist. 

Must have an active Ohio OTA Licensure.
