What You'll Do

We are on the hunt for a Video Production Intern to assist our Video Team in editing, producing, and directing internal- and external-facing videos. In this role, you will collaborate with the video production team to create polished videos that persuasively tell the BambooHR story to our various audiences to support their growing needs for HR software.

Specifically, you'll get the chance to:

• Assist in various production roles on video productions (online ads, big budget projects, social media spots, virtual events, etc.)
• Edit BambooHR video cuts*** (see starred note in the "What You Need to Get the Job Done" section of this job posting) 
• Collaborate with directors and other editors to fine tune our post-production processes
• Brainstorm and execute on new video concepts

 

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Located within commutable distance to our Lindon, UT office from May - August 2024
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro (proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a plus)
• Experience on a set and a general knowledge of how a film shoot operates
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail
• Constant desire to learn and improve
• A creative mind and the ability to see projects through from start to finish

What Will Make Us REALLY Love You 

• 3-5 years of video editing experience (paid or unpaid) 
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Ability to produce VFX elements
• Understanding of marketing processes and ability to translate diverse needs into a finished product
