Job Description
The Senior Associate, National Video Investment will work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to develop and execute video platform media buys for one of our clients. The ideal candidate for this position is an agile, proactive, team player who is curious and open to the changing face of media buying through technological advancement.
This is a collaborative and connected team dedicated to great client service as well as fostering an environment for professional growth for their team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn key programs and tools including (MediaOcean, Media Tools, IMS, ADviews, ComScore) and master media math
- Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings and value, ensuring accuracy for internal team
- Assist in evaluating partner proposals
- Responsible for smooth running of day-to-day activities and stewardship
- Enter buys into MBOX and insure system reflects accurate buys
- Update buy summary documents
- Monitor network buys daily based on audience delivery data to insure delivery in flight
- Assist with campaign set-up and execution including order letters, specs, creative rotation and billing documentation
- Responsible for billing discrepancies and resolutions
- Compilation and distribution of conference reports from status meetings
- Be integral in campaign set-up and execution including insertion orders, specs, and creative trackers
- Participate in departmental projects as requested
Qualifications
- 1+years of media buying experience within digital, video, and/or TV
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting while effectively managing priorities
- Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Project management and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, statistics, economics, sociology, or equivalent preferred

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
