Your Role & Responsibilities
- Elicit, prioritize, and document comprehensive requirements for SaaS systems by collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Quickly establish and maintain stakeholder trust in a virtual environment.
- Coordinate and lead discovery activities to uncover business needs and opportunities.
- Work independently to drive projects forward, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) or an Associate's degree with an additional 5 years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, and document requirements for SaaS systems.
- Proven ability to establish stakeholder trust in virtual settings.
- Strong coordination skills for discovery activities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with NextGen patient portals or other Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Proficiency with Smartsheets.
- Background as a Business Analyst in state, county, or city governments, or the healthcare sector.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other business analysis certifications.
- Diverse and bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) or an Associate's degree with an additional 5 years of experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
