Pay Range

$34.90 - $52.35

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible.

Where You Will Work:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team on the GI, Colorectal Surgical Floor. Our unit specializes in providing exceptional post-operative care for patients undergoing gastrointestinal (GI)colorectal surgeries. The patients have a variety of medical diagnoses such as Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis, gallstones, irritable bowel syndrome, and general post-surgery with a focus on abdominal. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Expectations We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for the direct provision of patient care and for assisting the manager with daily operations to include but not limited to coordination of patient care/outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, program development and oversight, patient, physician and employee rounding, selection, development, and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
