About the role

Your responsibilities

• Comply with the guidelines of the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Policy, committed to satisfy the requirements of our customers and consumers by delivering high quality products, taking care of our impact on the environment, preventing injuries and deterioration of the health of our employees and visitors, complying with legal and other requirements applicable to our operation, as well as to continually improve our systems processes. • Inspecting and installing equipment and new technologies, directing crews or workers on site, conducting research, and reporting on project status. Engineering Manager will make sure that everything works smoothly and engineering designs are being followed.
• Engineering Manager ensures that all projects run smoothly, from installing equipment and new technologies to directing crews on site. They will also conduct their own research on their projects to keep their teams updated. Managing operations, overseeing repairs and maintenance work on-site or in the field, as well as generating reports for higher-ups. They may also be called upon to troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues.
• Conduct research and studies on site/ manage field activities and implement engineering designs
• Diagnose construction or machinery problems and resolve malfunctions or other crises.
• Oversee repairs and technical improvements/ Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
• Develop and drive creative and agile strategies across all Manufacturing Standards (Management Systems, 5S & Visual Workplace, Autonomous Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Productivity, Continuous Improvement, Production Planning, People Capability, and Engineering Documentation).

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 8 years of Manufacturing experience, required
