Warehouse Assistant/Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Parts Coordinator who will assist in purchasing and stocking parts and equipment, inventory, and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that parts and equipment are purchased at the lowest possible prices.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure they are designated to the proper department.
• Provide efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to Technicians working in the field.
• Replenish truck stock around Technicians’ work schedules.
• Count and report all serialized equipment monthly.
• Efficiently process all warranty parts and labor credits.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and well organized.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.
