R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Marketing Specialist at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. This role is responsible for supporting the marketing and project management functions through a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include managing customer survey and RFI (Request for Information) requests, facilitating communication and coordination for construction-related projects, and assisting the Marketing Project Coordinator by fielding requests from the Marketing Request inbox and managing the intake of new tasks when needed. The role also works in collaboration with the Marketing Project Coordinator and Lead Designers to ensure recurring annual tasks are properly created, scheduled with due dates and milestones, and assigned in a timely manner. Additional support is provided across various roles as needed to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a related field
• 1 year of marketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
• Experience and knowledge in graphic design and social media
