This role is anchored in understanding customer needs and regional asset strategies to drive sales, market share, and profit margins for the designated products. You will be instrumental in developing tactical implementations of marketing plans, product positioning, and demand planning for both new product launches and existing offerings. ​<b>Your Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Conduct thorough analyses of diverse market segments, gather grower insights, synthesize product feedback, and assess competitive dynamics to discern market trends, identify threats, unearth new business prospects, and effectively address customer needs.</li><li>Devise and implement holistic product strategies that encompass project scheduling, price evolutions, label extensions, and opportunities for licensing-in. This will entail close collaboration with European Product Managers, aligning with regional business strategies.</li><li>Lead cross-functional Local Product Concept Teams, providing leadership to define new project requisites, construct compelling business cases, articulate strategic priorities, delineate product attributes, shape value propositions, and craft persuasive sales arguments.</li><li>Formulate regionally-aligned product pricing strategies, underpinned by insights from market research and projected demand.</li><li>Deliver annual marketing plans for the designated products, vigilantly tracking their performance against established benchmarks (prices and volumes vs. purchase orders), conducting stage reviews, probing significant deviations, and proposing corrective measures when needed.</li></ul><ul><li>In charge of the financial for its portfolio</li><li>In charge to deliver sales and profit goals of its portfolio</li><li>In charge of pricing, program, profit aligned with regional guideline and CU</li><li>Owns understanding customer, market and business partner needs: quantitative and qualitative</li><li>Works within the local teams to decide local commercial and technical positioning at customer and business partner level for new and existing products.</li><li>In charge of existing portfolio:<ul><li>In charge of marketing plan for existing portfolio,</li><li> Interprets and translates commercial issues into the local project plan for programs and marketing plans.</li><li>Conducts price / volume / profit analysis in the country for projects and existing products and develops the optimum cross-geographic pricing strategies and implements them.</li></ul></li><li>In charge of new technology<ul><li> including the validation of technical concepts and product concepts, supported by the sales organization</li><li>Creates the sales and expense forecasts, and accountable for Business Case for new projects,</li><li>In charge of marketing and launch plan</li><li>In charge of program (product advancement, product development)</li><li>Represents the local markets in case-building for any new projects.</li></ul></li><li>Creates and represents local team commercial work plans:<ul><li>For product launch projects and in the country, and accepts trade-offs, if necessary, for the benefit of the overall project and products.</li><li>With local team, designs and implements pre-launch and post-launch communications for projects, and communication for existing products using local organization support as available.</li><li>Communicates the project and existing products marketing plans in the country and gains commitment and works with country management to integrate these into the overall country strategy and customer offer at all levels.</li></ul></li><li>In charge of demand and forecasting<ul><li>Demand for its portfolio and inventory strategy (safety stock end year inventory,</li><li>Strategy for aging inventory (discard DO, exit GMID ….)</li><li>In charge with final label approval in the system for new and existing commercial products </li></ul></li></ul><p></p><b><span>Location: Bucharest,
