We will be providing the following to Teachers at our thriving new Goddard School in Spring House. As a training hub who leads the country in family satisfaction surveys and has a 94% Faculty Retention Rate since we opened 3 years ago, we are looking to expand our team to support our growing enrollment.

If you are an new, or veteran, teacher with these qualities, we'd love to hear from you:

Five years of verified experience in Day Care or Child Care Centers
Bachelors or Associates Degree in Education
Active Child Development Associate
Excited to learn from a growing team
Passionate about high-quality education to our youngest learners
Comfortable collaborating with Assistant Teachers
Implementing and creating daily lesson plans
Experienced with positive classroom management techniques
Nurturing instincts to support children leading their own learning through play
