What You Will Do:

• Plans/manages dock flow in order to safely and effectively meet outbound shipment and inbound receiving schedules 
• Trains, develops and monitors logistics associates in required duties
• Performs safety, procedural and housekeeping audits of the logistics areas 
• Identifies safety hazards and implements changes necessary to mitigate hazards 
• Proactively communicates with customer service, management, production and maintenance department personnel to meet departmental and plant objectives 
• Accurately processes necessary transactions related to labor reporting and record keeping 
• Performs daily administrative tasks involved with maintaining inventory accuracy in SAP and additional systems
• Back-up forklift operator for shipping and receiving operations as labor crewing and demand dictates (this is a “working” coordinator position) 

Position Details:

• Plant location: Martinsburg, WV
• This position will work 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am 
• Overtime is required, depending on business needs.
• Hourly Compensation Range $28 / hour (+ $0.50 shift differential). Hourly Compensation is based on full-time 40 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of Ecolab experience in logistics (shipping and receiving), or 5 years of logistics experience in a related industry 
• 1 year of experience in coaching and mentoring of staff 

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree 
• Computer literacy with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of ISO, DOT and OSHA standards 
• Experience utilizing SAP and/or other WMS
• Willingness to assume new responsibilities and activities for personal and professional development 
• Good time management skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, working in a high volume, high SKU count environment 
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
