Medical Assistant - Clinic Services Train on the Job!

The Medical Assistant duties include:

• Room patients, perform and document vital signs and patient backgrounds.
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointments, enter orders and prepare patient charts.
• Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of practice.
• Prepare patients and assist medical providers with in-office procedures and prepare and administer medications/immunizations.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment to be within infection control standards.
• Ensure appropriate levels of medical supplies for each patient room.

Certifications: BLS Certification Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from approved program. ( Not needed at time of hire- can be obtained on the job).

Shift: Full-time and Part-time positions available, working in various areas in the Clinic (Women’s Health, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Family & Internal Medicine).                          

 Working Monday – Friday.
