Target Range:

$136,000.00/Yr. - $146,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As, VP, Director of Client Services, you will oversee the Global Fiduciary Banking (GFB) client services team to ensure consistent superior client service standards in all client interactions. You will provide strategic direction and leadership over the GFB client services team and represent Axos when dealing with professionals involved in fiduciary, asset recovery, and insolvency matters.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and support of day-to-day field support for all GFB clients
• Act as liaison across the entire GFB client services platforms
• Establish standards and expectations for the client services team
• Execute on client services strategy to ensure the highest level of support is provided to GFB clients
• Guide relationship managers in determining the overall vision and direction of the department through internal feedback loops, analyzing client feedback, and other available data to make recommendations for improvement and/or development of new programs, product features, service lines, communication standards, escalation procedures, or operational standards
• Responsible for talent management of the GFB Client Services team including recruiting, training, supervising, evaluating, and succession planning for department staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional related experience
