Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Supply-Chain Security Intern for the Summer of 2026 at our Orlando, FL location, supporting the Supply Chain Security organization.
In this role you will:
*Learn to identify emerging trends, patterns, and threat mitigation from a supply chain risk perspective.
* Prepare assessments of suppliers based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
*Develop and produce detailed intelligence analysis products on supply chain threats with a potential impact to Lockheed Martin MFC Products.
*Present intelligence product and analysis findings to leadership and customers.
Basic Qualifications
* Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree from accredited university in International Relations, Security Management, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related security discipline.
* Familiarity with intelligence analysis principles: open-source intelligence (OSINT), analytical research, analytical report writing, conducting security briefings, gathering economic and financial intelligence, engaging in counter-intelligence and risk assessment work, etc.
* Familiarity with supply-chain principles such as: risk management, supplier vetting, vendor risk assessment, SCRM, counter-supply chain threats, logistics security, procurement intelligence, foreign influence, component provenance analysis, etc.
* Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Desired skills
* Ability to engage with Intelligence analysis, Threat assessment, Emerging‑trend identification, Open‑source research (OSINT), Classified information handling, Source validation, Structured analytical techniques.
* Prior knowledge or experience with intelligence product development, briefing packages, executive summaries, and/or all‑source reporting.
* Demonstrated research experience is highly valued.
* Familiarity with learning about the protection of sensitive data and administering security requirements in the workplace.
* Ability to create, prepare, and deliver security-related briefings.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
