Overview
This position is within the Imaging Division (ID) and provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates and oversees everyday warehouse tasks such as controlling stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy, and shipping and receiving of materials. They are also responsible for safeguarding the warehouse, supervising employees, and assuring timely delivery of goods to the production team. The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the Director of Operations in Greenwood, SC.
FUJIFILM North America Corporation consists of five divisions including Imaging, Electronic Imaging, Graphic Systems, Optical Devices, and Industrial Products and Corporate New Business Development. These companies market a broad range of consumer and commercial products in North America and Latin America. The Imaging Division (ID) provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Electronic Imaging Division (EID) markets consumer digital cameras; the Graphic Systems Division (GSD) supplies products and services to the graphic printing industry; the Optical Devices Division (OD) provides optical lenses for broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television and binoculars. The Industrial Products Division (IPD) supplies cutting edge digital imaging and conventional film, chemistry, and equipment to the NDT industry.
FNAC-ID Personalized Photo Products Group (PPPG) now makes more than 450 personalized items (such as coffee mugs, posters, framed prints, canvas wall décor and more). PPPG provides a turnkey, back-end service of producing these items for a variety of retail and online customers.

Responsibilities
- Drives initiatives and communicates with the employees of the Warehouse department to meet the daily needs of the operation in a timely and effective manner.
- Develops, implements, and maintains consistent procedures of tracking warehouse efficiencies and other applicable KPIs.
- Analyzes inventory levels of active, passive, and slow movement inventory to take appropriate actions.
- Maintains the appropriate stock levels of products used by the production team for timely delivery and the avoidance of stock out situations.
- Coordinates resupply deliveries from the Distribution Center to replace any stock used daily.
- Keeping records pertaining to inbound and outbound shipments, reporting pertinent information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Directs routine inventory cycle counts and reports the results while providing any corrective action reports as needed for discrepancies.
- Effectively responds and communicates in a timely manner with all appropriate customers both internal and external.
- Responsible for daily communications and building relationships with the package carriers and trucking companies.
- Participate in periodic management review meetings, including making presentations on issues, concerns, and successes.
- Ensure that all Environmental Health and Safety standards are being followed, which includes the proper use of personal protective equipment, as needed.
- Ensures that all equipment is maintained according to our documented standards regarding company safety standards. This includes PPE, fall protection, vehicles, forklifts, and other material moving equipment.
- Encourages and champions an atmosphere of Continuous Improvement by fostering an environment with the teams working together to act with intentional inclusion and participation of all team members within the Warehouse.
- Works closely with the Director of Operations, Greenwood to oversee the completion of projects and ensure all needs are completed within budget and timelines.
- Responsible for assisting in formulating plans addressing constraints, obstacles or other challenges that may significantly impact attainment of ongoing business objectives.
Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Warehousing and Supply Chain Management, preferred, but not required but must have some certifications or related education plus 5-7 years’ work experience in warehousing and supply chain associated with production in a fast paced and highly competitive operational and / or manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of Warehousing and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of direct materials.
- Strong arithmetic and analytical skills.
- Proficient Computer skills in MS Office; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Knowledge of SAP MM and MRP systems.
- Extremely organized, results-driven, and willing to escalate issues if necessary to achieve goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and written).
